CDC Software LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a US limited liability company that operates the DriverDocs Hub platform — a cloud document management portal for US trucking companies and their drivers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and role (driver or office).
• Driver compliance documents: CDLs, medical cards, inspections, insurance certificates, and other documents you upload.
• Vehicle information: truck and trailer numbers, hire dates.
• Payment information: billing data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, IP address, and browser information for security and reliability.

We use the information to operate the service: storing your documents, sending expiration reminders, providing the office compliance dashboard, processing payments, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data.

Your documents are visible to you and to authorized office users at your trucking company. We share data only with service providers we need to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and when required by law.

Documents are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted by role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.

We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
