Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance

The DriverDocs Hub service ("the Service") is operated by CDC Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DriverDocs Hub, a product of CDC Software LLC, is a cloud document storage and compliance tracking portal for US trucking fleets and their drivers. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis starting at $29.99 per driver per month. The exact monthly fee is set by your trucking company and shown to you before you confirm payment. Charges are billed in advance in US dollars to the payer's payment method via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to upload unlawful content, violate the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will satisfy any specific DOT or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for your own compliance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
